Rare opportunity to take over The Belfountain Cafe, an exceptionally busy and popular café and general store in the heart of one of Ontario's most picturesque villages. Set amid Caledon's renowned Forks of the Credit region, this destination draws visitors from near and far for its specialty coffees, pastries, ice cream and charming retail experience. One of the region's top-selling locations for Kawartha Dairy ice cream, the café combines established popularity with a memorable setting customers seek out, photograph and share.Housed in a beautifully restored general store with roots dating to 1888, the business features character-filled interiors, rustic wood finishes and an inviting garden patio beneath mature trees. Nearby conservation lands, the Bruce Trail and Forks of the Credit Provincial Park enhance its appeal to hikers, cyclists, day-trippers and visitors enjoying the area's spectacular fall colours. The current owner operates largely hands-off, presenting an exciting opportunity for a dedicated, hands-on operator to build on the business's existing momentum, strengthen the customer experience and unlock further growth. Seeking passionate new operators to carry this beloved destination into its next chapter. An exceptional combination of heritage, atmosphere and destination appeal that would be difficult to recreate.
